Our History

Delaware’s ACE Mentoring Affiliate started in 2010 at Delcastle Technical High School, and in 2012 we ventured into another school in the NCCVT School District, Paul M. Hodgson. We have since impacted over 300 students with $250,000 in scholarships.

Over the past 13 years students have had opportunities to tour construction sites from the University of Delaware STAR campus to the recent St. Georges Bridge.

Over 5,000 mentoring hours have been invested into our program by local professionals across the state of Delaware & as our affiliate continues to grow the potential is infinite!

All the success over the past decade was made even sweeter when our Delaware Mentoring Program won the ‘Super Star in Education’ 2022. This would not have been possible without student & mentor dedication to the program year after year!
