Please Join us for the ACE Mentor Day of Action 2024! Each year, the ACE Mentor Program designates the third Friday in October as a national day for members to share their commitment to the program, and to inspire others to get involved! Whether you’re a new mentor or returning, it’s a great opportunity to…

Students at ADS Distribution Facility

Each year, ACE Mentor Delaware works with students across New Castle County to learn about careers in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering. This is done in many ways, such as through professional career spotlights, field trips, and the Season Project. Not only that, but the program aims to grow students skills in professional development, communication, and networking.

At the end of the season in March, the program celebrates its completion with the ACE Breakfast. There, students present their final projects, receive scholarships and awards, and hear from ACE leadership. In 2024, ACE Delaware hit a new milestone of over $30,000 raised for Student Scholarships!

The program would not be possible without our countless sponsors, mentors, and supporting schools. To learn more about the ACE Breakfast, click below!
